According to The Mirror, Crystal Palace are interested in signing fellow Premier League side Norwich’s winger Nathan Redmond.
The winger only just lost out to Jack Butland for England under-21 player of the year for 2015 and he is thought to be one of the top English talents about in the Premier League.
Redmond is currently Norwich’s top scorer this season with four Premier League goals but has split the opinion of supporters with his recent performances, despite setting up goals against Manchester United and Aston Villa in the last few weeks.
Norwich are reportedly interested in Crystal Palace forward Dwight Gayle and Palace wanted Redmond to be part of a deal for Gayle, however, Norwich are thought to be completely against the idea and want to keep Redmond at the club.
Palace could still bid for Redmond outside of any Norwich deal for Gayle but it would likely take a huge bid to let Norwich sell one of the best players in the January window.
