Norwich City and Sunderland are reportedly interested in signing Crystal Palace captain Mile Jedinak, according to a report from the Daily Mail.

The 31-year-old midfielder has struggled for a place in the Palace starting eleven this season, making just three starts and a further ten appearances from the bench in the Premier League.

A switch to Carrow Road or the Stadium of Light with the lure of a regular place in the starting line-up could tempt Jedinak to move from South London.

Whether Palace would sell at this stage of the season is unknown, although it’s more likely that they’d want to keep hold of the Australian until the summer at least so they can have an opportunity to line up a replacement.

Palace host Stoke City at home tomorrow and will be keen to progress to the next round and inflict the second cup exit in five days in Mark Hughes’ side.
