Crystal Palace have been handed a major boost ahead of their FA Cup 5th round tie with Tottenham Hotspur with the news that both Yannick Bolasie and Bakary Sako are both fit to play in the game.

Bolasie has been out since late December with a hip injury, whilst Sako has been out since mid-January. He was originally hurt in November but he came back to play against Aston Villa in January. However, he suffered another injury there and hasn’t played since.

Palace have been in terrible form in the Premier League without the duo, but they have managed two impressive FA Cup wins in that time to set up the clash at White Hart Lane this weekend.

Speaking to the Daily Star, Palace boss Alan Pardew said that he was delighted to have both Bolasie and Sako back in his squad.

They are both important players for the team. We are looking forward to having them back with us. It’s a big boost.

Meanwhile, Bolasie spoke about his return and said he is looking forward to playing with new teammate Emmanuel Adebayor.

I can’t wait to play with him and he will only compliment players like Wilfried Zaha, Yohan Cabaye and myself. His record speaks for itself and I will only learn from playing alongside him.
