Palace signed Ladapo from Margate on March 30th for an undisclosed fee on a two-and-a-half year contract.
The 23-year-old has had a rather nomadic career, starting out at Colchester United making just six appearances for the Football League side in three-and-a-half years while spending time out on loan at the likes of Chelmsford City, Woking, Nuneaton and Hayes and Yeading before joining Kidderminster Harriers on a free transfer.
A former Nigerian U20 international striker, Ladapo spent the 2014/15 season on loan with Margate where he scored 17 goals in 33 games and signed for them on a permanent basis in January 2015.
Alan Pardew invited Ladapo to join Palace on trial in March 2016 where he scored a hat-trick in a U21 game against Watford before signing a two-and-a-half year contract.
Following the arrival of Christian Benteke, Ladapo has become expendable and will be allowed to leave on loan, with Oldham winning the race for his signature.
