Crystal Palace have been told that they must meet the valuation of Tomas Rincon if they wish to secure his services, says Genoa President Enrico Preziosi.
It was first confirmed yesterday that the Eagles had submitted a bid worth €8m for the Venezuela captain, who has attracted interest from a number of clubs this summer, however Palace have been told they must fork out €10m.
The club president confirmed this in an interview with Gazzetta dello Sport, in which he said that the deal to take Rincon away from Genoa would see another move for their club to be sanctioned.
“If Crystal Palace agree to our request of €10m for Rincon, then we have a tentative agreement with Juventus for Hernanes on loan.” he said.

Rincon would be a replacement for midfielder Mile Jedinak who left the club to join Aston Villa earlier on in the month; a month in which he also lost his captaincy to defender Scott Dann.
Crystal Palace are set to confirm the signing of their fifth addition to the club this summer with Chelsea’s Loic Remy set to join on a season-long loan with a view to a permanent move.
