Crystal Palace slumped to their fourth straight league defeat at the hands of Everton today. A result that Toffees boss Ronald Koeman labelled ‘well deserved’ despite the controversial manner victory was sealed.

The Eagles were resilient and defended well to keep out a rampant Everton side for the most part, but their hard work was undone by two questionable actions by the match officials.

Replays showed Coleman was in fact offside – making the result a tough one to take.
