Odion Ighalo is a loan target for Crystal Palace with the Watford striker reluctant to make a move to China, where a £20m bid has been accepted for the player who is due to have a medical today for the move abroad.
The 27-year-old has made 20 appearances this season but has been misfiring with only two goals to his name, with his last goal coming against West Ham in September. Last season he was in superb form, scoring 17.
Igahlo featured in Watford’s 1-1 draw with Palace on Boxing Day, which was Sam Allardyce’s first game in-charge of the Eagles after the sacking of former manager Alan Pardew.

West Bromwich Albion are also interested in signing the Nigeran striker with reports suggesting that they also would like to take the player on loan, with Ighalo wanting to stay in England.
Crystal Palace are expected to have a busy transfer deadline day with Chairman Steve Parish claiming the the club could make ‘five or six’ signings on a ‘super-busy’ day.
