The agent of Liverpool defender Mamadou Sakho is in London to meet with Crystal Palace, as per reports in France.

The asking price of £20m is likely to be too much for Palace to pay considering they’ve already made a few signings in this window, but a loan move for the defender seems to be on the cards.

Liverpool are willing to let the Frenchman go as he’s fallen out of favour with manager Jurgen Klopp.
Sakho was sent home from Liverpool’s tour of America by Klopp for being unprofessional and he’s not made a first team appearance since.
He’s been training and playing with the U23 side and was hoping to get his place back in the team, but it looks like he’s finally accepted that his future lies away from Anfield.
