Crystal Palace’s 17-year-old midfielder, Nya Kirby has been called up to represent England’s under-17’s at the UEFA U17 European Championships Elite Round qualifiers later this month.

The midfielder has impressed boss Steve Cooper at the recent Algarve tournament and this earned his place to travel with the team as England aim to reach the finals in Croatia this summer.

England’s games will take place between the 23rd and 28th March in Bijeljina, Bosnia and Herzegovina. Having also represented England at under-16s level Kirby will be hoping to reach his first international final.
