Crystal Palace have reportedly joined the race to sign Sporting CP midfielder Adrien Silva.
The Portugal international has been heavily linked with a move to the Premier League this summer and according to O Jogo, as cited by Sport Witness, the Eagles are joined by West Ham in entering the race to sign him.
Silva has been a loyal servant to Sporting and has been one of their most consistently impressive performers over the years. However, a move to the English top flight would undoubtedly be an attractive prospect for him, and he certainly won’t be short of potential suitors in the Premier League.

Leicester, West Brom and Tottenham have all previously been linked, and now Palace and West Ham are claimed by the Portuguese press to have expressed an interest.
Although Sporting are keen to keep hold of one of their key men, a fee of €30m is likely to secure the deal. This could be too steep for Palace this summer, however.
