Stoke City have made a £15m offer for Tottenham defender Kevin Wimmer, who is also being targeted by Crystal Palace.
According to Telegraph journalist John Percy, West Brom and Palace are also in for the defender.

Palace are on the hunt for a central defender, despite signing Riedewald from Ajax earlier this summer.

Liverpool defender Mamadou Sakho has been heavily linked with a return to Palace after his loan stint last season.
Though, with a week left to go in the transfer window, Palace need to get deals done quickly.
Stoke are now making their move for Wimmer, as they look to strengthen their back line.
Wimmer is out of favour at Tottenham and looking to move on. He was linked with Southampton earlier this summer.
