Jordon Mutch set for Vancouver switch
Jordon Mutch appears to be edging ever closer to sealing his exit from Crystal Palace.
According to a report from ESPN, the experienced midfielder is likely to join MLS side Vancouver Whitecaps after the club agreed a loan deal with Palace.
It’s stated that the parties have reached an agreement over the temporary switch, which will reportedly last over the duration of a year. The report indicates that a source has informed them that the deal for Mutch could be announced imminently and potentially within the next two days.
The 26-year-old has been exiled by the Eagles in recent times and is hugely out of favour. He has not made a single first-team appearance for the club this season and has been included in the matchday squad on just three occasions.
Palace are well stocked with midfield options and it seems they are willing to allow Mutch to move on elsewhere in an attempt to revitalise his career.
