Lille midfielder Ibrahim Amadou has reportedly been a Crystal Palace target for a while, in fact, he travelled to London on transfer deadline day in January to try to force a move to Selhurst Park, but alas, the transfer did not go though.
West Ham were also interested in the 24-year-old and now, Palace’s fierce rivals Brighton & Hove Albion are keen to sign the Frenchman, as per a repot from Le10 Sport.
Of course, all three interested sides are still in a relegation fight and if any of them go down, then he won’t be going there, but whichever of the side stays up, Amadou could be interested in joining.
Palace will be hoping that as they got close to signing the midfielder in January, then they’ll be the favourites to get him in January but things change so fluidly in the transfer market that he could well change his mind by the time the summer comes along.
Time will tell where Amadou goes but it looks like he will be in the Premier League next season.
