Crystal Palace took one more step towards survival, beating Huddersfield at the John Smiths Stadium.
With key players returning to the fold, including Wilfried Zaha, Palace looked like a new side.
The Eagles took the lead on 23 minutes, with James Tomkins heading home to give Palace a crucial lead in a relegation six pointer.
Then, with other results going their way, Palace added a second from the penalty spot. Martin Jorgensen tripped Andros Townsend, leading to Luka Milivojevic stepping up for the Eagles and slotting home.
Palace would hold on to take three vital points, and help their survival chances in the Premier League. The Eagles move out of the drop zone and now sit 2 points clear of Southampton in 18th. Huddersfield only sit one point above Palace in 15th.
