Crystal Palace goalkeeper Wayne Hennessey says he would like to sign a new deal at Selhurst Park.
Speaking to the club’s official match-day programme, as reported by the Croydon Advertiser, the Welshman outlined his ambitions beyond the end of the season.
I’m hoping my future is at Crystal Palace, but we’ll see. When the season is finished we’ll sit down and discuss and hopefully I’ll remain a Palace player. I like playing football here and I get on so well with the staff and the players, so I want to stay.

The Welsh international will see his contract expire at the end of the season and with relegation not out of the question yet, a squad overhaul could be on the cards this summer.
Hennessey has been a regular in the Palace side this season, making 21 starts in the league.
This weekend’s 2-1 defeat against Liverpool was a disappointing result for the club, but it was also Hennessey’s 100th appearance for the Eagles.
Palace are currently two points above the drop zone with the end of the season looming. A new deal for the goalkeeper may well depend on which division the club are playing in next season.
