Palace were on their way to a vital victory before the Norweigan scored, with the Eagles attempt to put some space between them and the bottom three.
Roy Hodgson’s side took the lead early in the second half with Luka Milivojevic netting from a free kick. It was the Serbian’s tenth goal of the season for the Palace, the first midfielder to net ten Premier League goals for the Eagles in one season.
Mousset equalised for the Cherries, before Wilfried Zaha skilfully netted Palace’s second.
Palace looked to be on their way to a vital victory, but Josh King scored late on to dash the Eagles hopes.
The result leaves Palace three points away from the drop zone with Southampton yet to play this weekend. The Saints take on Arsenal tomorrow.
