Crystal Palace loanee Ruben Loftus-Cheek has revealed he is yet to make a decision on his long-term future.

The midfielder is currently on loan from Chelsea and has impressed for Palace in the heart of the midfield.

Loftus-Cheek has been one of the standouts in the bottom half of the table, but could still struggle to make an impact when he returns to Chelsea.

There has been recent speculation that he could move to Palace on a permanent deal in the summer, despite having signed a new long-term Chelsea deal at the start of the season.

Speaking to The Independent, Loftus-Cheek said this:

I really haven’t thought about what’s going to happen next season.

I’ve still got a few games now. I’m focused with Palace. Whatever happens next season, I’m not really looking at that right now. I’ll deal with that when it comes.

As a result of his regular game-time with Palace, Loftus-Cheek made his senior England debut in November – featuring against Germany.

The 22-year-old has started 17 Premier League matches this season, with injury having prevented more.
