Neil Warnock has identified Crystal Palace midfielder James McArthur as one of his key targets this summer, according to the Daily Mail.
Warnock won his eighth promotion on Sunday as Cardiff finished in the automatic promotion places in the Championship, and the 69-year-old is now targeting players with experience of Premier League football.

McArthur was one of the key players in Roy Hodgson’s team that have managed to drive their way out of trouble, and the Bluebirds are likely to be in a similar position next season.
However, there is also interest from Aston Villa and Rangers in the Scottish midfielder who still has two years remaining on his contract at Selhurst Park.
Palace boss Hodgson may be looking to refresh his options in the middle of the park this summer, with Frenchman Yohan Cabaye also likely to move on.
If McArthur is to move on this coming window, linking up with former manager Warnock would surely be a popular choice for the former Wigan man.
