Crystal Palace manager Roy Hodgson has admitted that he is ‘desperate’ for the club to keep Wilfried Zaha at the club beyond this season, according to TalkSPORT.
Zaha has been vital to keeping the club in the division, which has attracted a number of top clubs to the player but Palace are determined to keep him at the club.
Manchester City and Tottenham have both been linked with a move for the player as Palace look to nail down the player to a new deal.

The Ivory Coast international has been absent from seven Palace games this season and his side are yet to score a goal or earn a single point during those games.
He also recently won the Premier League Player of the Month award for April after an impressive month.
The attacker has netted four goals in his past five games and has played a vital role in helping dig the Selhurst Park club out of trouble at the back end of the season.
Hodgson has spoken of his determination to keep the player at the club:
He must be very pleased that so many people are mentioning his name. There’s nothing you can do about these moments of speculation. I’m desperate, as are Palace fans, for him to stay and be a part of our next season. I’ll continue to ignore the newspaper articles and what’s being said.
