# Palace Agree Deal With New Stadium Sponsor

Crystal Palace have agreed a two-year deal with sportswear firm JD Sports, which will see the firm become the official stadium sponsors of Selhurst Park, as [reported by Mark Ritson of the Croydon Advertiser](https://www.croydonadvertiser.co.uk/New-Selhurst-Park-stadium-sponsor-Crystal-Palace/story-27607373-detail/story.html).

As part of the deal, JD Sports will have their name and logo displayed around the stadium for the whole season, starting with this weekend’s first home game of the new season against Arsenal.

The deal between Palace and financial service provider Neteller ended in the summer after just one year, which left the club looking for a new partner.

This is the second major commercial deal the club have agreed this year, following on from the [deal with online gaming company Mansion Group](https://bdaily.co.uk/business-in-sport/13-07-2015/crystal-palace-appoints-online-gaming-website-as-main-sponsor/), who became Palace’s Official Main Sponsor in July.

The club seems to be in a very healthy financial position, which will be at least partly attributable to these commercial deals. As reported by [BDaily](https://bdaily.co.uk/business-in-sport/14-08-2015/crystal-palace-names-selhurst-park-sponsor/), Crystal Palace reported a pre-tax profit of £23m, earlier this year with turnover up to £90.4m compared to £14.5m for the previous year.
