# RB Leipzig join the chase for Zaha

RB Leipzig are the latest club to join the chase for coveted Crystal Palace winger Wilfried Zaha.

According to a report from the [Mirror](https://www.mirror.co.uk/sport/football/transfer-news/mega-bucks-red-bull-leipzig-9965226) recently, the tricky wide man has emerged as a main target for the German club, who are looking to establish themselves amongst the best in the Bundesliga.

Leipzig are developing something of a reputation for their tutelage of young players and their growth as a club in recent times, but moving in for Zaha would certainly be a statement of intent for them.

Currently sat in second place on the Bundesliga table, Leipzig are in contention for a place in next season’s Champions League; something that Palace and Sam Allardyce simply cannot offer to Zaha in the near future.

The German outfit have money to spend and could certainly be an interesting proposition for Zaha, but there is also a strong amount of interest from Mauricio Pochettino and Tottenham Hotspur.
