# Palace reportedly interested in Burke

Crystal Palace are reportedly considering a move for RB Leipzig winger Oliver Burke this month.

The Scotland international is apparently being allowed to leave the Bundesliga outfit this summer having failed to live up to expectations. This is sure to prompt interest from a number of English clubs, and reports today suggest that the Eagles are one of those who are keen.

It’s claimed by German newspaper Kicker, as cited by the [Express](https://www.express.co.uk/sport/football/842509/Crystal-Palace-transfer-news-Oliver-Burke-Frank-de-Boer) today, that Palace are pondering a move for the former Nottingham Forest man, who was once poised to be a star.

RB Leipzig splashed £13 million on the tricky wide man, and it’s stated that an option of a return to England on a temporary basis is out of the question. Last season’s surprise package in the Bundesliga are keen to make a profit from the sale of the winger.

Palace’s business this summer appears to be far from over, and their interest in Burke is cited as “concrete”.
