# Palace interested in Andy King

Crystal Palace are interested in signing Leicester City midfielder Andy King today.

[According to The Daily Mail,](https://www.dailymail.co.uk/sport/football/article-5330799/Transfer-Deadline-Day-LIVE-Arsenal-Chelsea-rest.html) Palace are one of a number of clubs battling it out for King’s signature before the deadline.

The report claims that Bournemouth and Brighton are also interested, with Swansea already in talks with Leicester over a deal.

The window closes at 11pm tonight, with Palace rushing to get a number of deals over the line.

King has struggled to retain a regular spot in the Leicester team and could now move away for more game time in the Premier League.

He has been with Leicester for 14 years, making almost 400 appearances for the club to date since breaking through the academy.

The midfielder won the Premier League title with Leicester in 2006.

Alexander Sorloth and Jordan Hugill are both expected to complete moves to the club, with a goalkeeper being lined up as well.
