Burnley will rival Crystal Palace for the signature of Liverpool striker Danny Ings, who wants to leave the Reds this summer.

Burnley could tempt Ings into a move back to Turf Moor ahead of their Europa League campaign.

Ings has made the [decision](https://readliverpoolfc.com/2018/06/26/danny-ings-wants-to-leave-liverpool/) to leave Anfield this summer as he sets his sights on regular first-team football.

The striker wants to fight for a place in the England set-up and knows he needs to leave the club for that to be a possibility.

Two major injuries mean Ings has been unable to break into the Liverpool squad, despite the club looking to keep him beyond the summer transfer window.
