# Crystal Palace enter race for Ademola Lookman

Crystal Palace have reportedly entered the race to sign young Everton winger Ademola Lookman, according to the Daily Mail, cited by [HITC](https://www.hitc.com/en-gb/2019/05/20/report-crystal-palace-interested-in-everton-winger-ademola-lookm/).

Southampton and RB Leipzig are both keen on the player who has featured 24 times for Everton this season.

The 21-year-old was valued at £28m by the Toffees last year, however, with just two years left on his current deal, it is believed an offer in the region of £20m could tempt the club into selling the wide man this summer.

Current Palace winger Wilfried Zaha has been heavily linked with a move away from Selhurst Park.

The 26-year-old admitted in recent months that he is keen to test himself in the Champions League in the coming seasons, with Borussia Dortmund and Tottenham Hotspur both monitoring the player.

A move for Lookman could be a realistic option if Zaha departs this summer, however, Palace boss Roy Hodgson will face plenty of competition in both England and Germany in the race to sign the youngster.
