# Piatek has no interest in Palace move despite links

Crystal Palace target Krzysztof Piatek has no interest in a move to the Eagles, believing moving to Selhurst Park would be a step back in his career.

Piatek has been linked with a move away from Milan after struggling in his second season at the San Siro.

After bursting onto the scene last season, Piatek has struggled to get the numbers that saw him earn a big move to Milan last January.

However, the Pole is not interested in a move to Palace this January, as well as a move to former side Genoa, according to [TuttoMercatoWeb](https://www.tuttomercatoweb.com/serie-a/tmw-piatek-non-vuole-lasciare-il-milan-no-a-genoa-e-crystal-palace-1322785).

The striker wants to stay at AC Milan to attempt to recover his form, which could rule out any switch to the Premier League.

Palace are reportedly looking for a striker this January, but it now looks unlikely that their chosen man will be Piatek.

The striker may have been a hot property last season, earning a move to Milan meer months after moving to Genoa, he has not been in form this season.

Therefore, it could be seen as a huge risk anyway, with Palace almost surely looking at other options.
