Captain Mile Jedinak could join Tony Pulis at West Brom this summer with the Eagles listening to offers for the midfielder, according to the Daily Mail.
The 30-year-old has only made 23 appearances for Crystal Palace this season in the Premier League with a number of factors coming into play, including international duty with Australia where he also recieved an injury and picking up a four game suspension after his return against West Ham for elbowing Diafra Sakho.
Jedinak has had a mixed time under the management of Alan Pardew since returning from international duty with the midfielder only playing a full 90 minutes of football on three occasions, including the game against West Ham where he received the suspension. His fitness may have been a factor, with the skipper coming into this season on the back of a World Cup campaign with Australia.
Pulis formed a close bond with Jedinak at his time at the club before leaving just 48 hours before the start of the season and could be a perfect player for him to have at a side that will also be looking to push up the Premier League table next season.
