The South London Press are reporting that Steve Parish will revisit the plans to put a director of football in place at Crystal Palace F.C. this summer.
Steve Coppell, who was at Selhurst Park for the 1-0 win over Swansea on the last day of the season, is rumoured to be one of those Parish will be looking at, alongside Readings current director of football, Nicky Hammond.
If Coppell was appointed as director of football, it would be his fifth spell at the club. He has held director of football roles at both Crawley and Portsmouth. However, he lasted just one season as director of football at both clubs respectively.
