Crystal Palace midfielder Adlene Guedioura has been linked with a move to newly promoted AFC Bournemouth, according to the South London Press.
The Cherries, who will join Palace in the Premier League next season, are said to be interested in the 29-year-old midfielder.
Despite still having two years left on his current Eagles contract, Guedioura has only started four matches since he made the move to Selhurst Park from Nottingham Forest in 2013.
Guedioura has struggled for playing time since the arrival of Alan Pardew, and enjoyed two loan spells at Watford during the latter stages of the 2014/15 campaign where he helped the Hornets to automatic promotion.
The Vicarage Road side have also expressed an interest in signing the Algerian on a permanent basis, where he scored three goals in the Championship between January and May.
It does indeed look like that the midfielder will be allowed to depart, as the club will happily allow the fringe players to leave in order to free up the wage bill.
On the other hand, in January earlier this year, Pardew described Guedioura as a ‘maverick’ and the ‘calibre of player that Palace needs to avoid relegation’. Only time will tell what his fate will be.
