Yohan Cabaye has made a very good start to life after Paris Saint-Germain, as have his new side Crystal Palace.
It’s fair to say Cabaye has been a key part of The Eagles’ good start to the season, and he represents what looks like a shrewd buy from Alan Pardew.
In an interview with FourFourTwo, Cabaye explained the differences between playing in London and playing in France for his country, after his recent international call-up.
Cabaye said:
The system is different at club level. We play with two defensive midfielders. You have to find your bearings quickly coming here, to play with your head, but I’m not worried. It comes naturally.

The Frenchman hasn’t represented his country since 2010, but his impressive performances have enabled him to regain his spot under Didier Deschamps.
To have the confidence of the coach is important to me. It gives me confidence coming here.
France will take on Armenia and Denmark this week, and Cabaye will be hoping to be involved. Palace face West Ham on October 17th.
