Alan Pardew has admitted he’d be open to the England job, should circumstances allow.
In an interview with FourFourTwo, the Crystal Palace manager refused to rule out becoming the national coach if/when Roy Hodgson’s tenure comes to an end.
Just last week, West Brom manager Tony Pulis backed Pardew for the job in his press conference prior to the game between the two sides.

In the interview with FourFourTwo magazine, Pardew said:
At the moment Roy could not be doing any better – we have qualified for the Euros and won every game. I am an Englishman, so it is a position I would consider, of course.
The Eagles have been in sterling form this season, sitting 4th currently heading into the middle of October. It’s no surprise Pardew is being tipped to take on the national job when it becomes available – especially if The FA stick to their policy of employing an English manager.
Having only recently begun his Palace managerial career though, you feel Pardew might want a bit more time in London before heading to England.
