After Cyprus beat Israel on Saturday, their place in the European Championships was confirmed. Which led to wild celebrations from Ledley and his international team mates as they progress to the finals of a competition for the first time since the 1958 World Cup.
Ledley will return to Selhurst Park for their upcoming fixture on Saturday against Slaven Bilic’s West Ham, who are currently sitting in 6th place in the Premier League table, are only a point behind Alan Pardew’s men.
The Eagles will go into this game with momentum, picking up three points against former manager Tony Pulis and his West Brom side. For the Hammers, they will be looking to better their 2-2 draw at Sunderland, a place where they should have picked up a win.
