Crystal Palace are set to sign winger Randell Williams from non-league side Tower Hamlets.
Ade Abayomi, who manages the Hamlets in the Essex Senior League, the ninth tier of English football, confirmed in an interview with George Sessions of the East London Advertiser that the youngster had impressed Alan Pardew in a recent trial at Palace and that the Premier League side are looking to sign him permanently.
Earlier in the week, Pardew mentioned that an unnamed trialist had “done very well” during his brief spell at the club, and Abayomi confirmed that the Palace boss was speaking about Williams.
Randell has trained with the Crystal Palace first team so it shows that our philosophy at the club is working. You only have to type in Alan Pardew on Google to see what he has said about Randell, even if he tries not to name him!

It appears that the Eagles first saw the 18-year-old as they were at Mile End Stadium to watch one of his teammates, former Southampton player Omar Rowe.
Williams was on the books of Tottenham Hotspur as a youngster but failed to make the grade and was eventually released.
Hopefully the winger can become the next Jamie Vardy and go from non-league player to Premier League superstar.
