Crystal Palace are one of four clubs that are tracking Derby midfielder George Thorne, according to a report in The Mirror. Everton, Newcastle and Norwich City are all also thought to be interested in the Championship enforcer.
The 22-year-old has been in impressive form for Derby this season, who sit top of the second tier and is seemingly starting to attract a number of suitors from clubs in the Premier League.

He has had some injury problems and missed a lot of time through injury last season after signing for the rams but has pushed on from that this season and has been one of the standout midfielders in the second tier this season.
Thorne has played in 19 games for the Championship leaders and has managed to get two goals and three assists from his defensive midfield position.
Derby paid £2.5million in the summer of 2014 to bring Thorne in from West Brom after he impressed on loan, so the price for him for a Premier League club would be considerably more after his impressive start to the campaign.
