Alan Pardew’s Crystal Palace play host to Roberto Martinez’s Everton in a big Premier League game at Selhurst Park this evening.
Following the huge 1-0 win against Norwich City in south London this past Saturday, Pardew’s side will now be looking to pick points off an Everton side who are also struggling for form, with Martinez’s job on the line.
Last time out on the weekend, Pardew decided to bench Wilfried Zaha, which gave fellow winger Bakary Sakho the chance to impress his manager. However, this time out, it’s expected that former Manchester United winger Zaha is going to start, alongside Jason Puncheon and Yannick Bolasie.
Anyway, that’s enough of the spoilers.
The buzz around Selhurst Park at the moment is that the three points against Norwich last weekend means that Palace will retain their Premier League status for next season, so now it’s all about how many points they can now get on the table as they look to finish the season strongly.
Here’s what Alan Pardew’s starting XI could look like later this evening.
