Emmanuel Adebayor has expressed a relaxed attitude over his contract situation at Crystal Palace.
Speaking to Sky Sports News, Adebayor moved to make it clear that he’s happy no matter what the outcome this summer.
I like the club and I like everything that is going on. I am not the one to put any pressure on anybody to stay. If they want me to stay, we’ll talk, discuss it and find an agreement. If not, life goes on and we continue moving.
The Togo striker has made 11 league appearances for the Eagles since joining the club, as well as contributing to Palace’s run in the FA Cup.

Should his contract not be renewed, the season finale at Wembley could be his last game for the club.
It’s abundantly clear Adebayor is enjoying his time in London, though.
The players, we get along so well, they are cool with me and they accept me like a brother because of what I’ve done and achieved in my career. So being here today with them is just beautiful for me and, even if I am not here next season, my wishes are for them to be in the top league and out there doing something special.
The forward’s deal ends next month and as it stands no extension has been discussed by his representative and the club.
It’s fair to say he hasn’t been consistent under Alan Pardew, scoring just one goal in his spell at Selhurst Park.
It’s unlikely to be a surprise to fans if he’s allowed to leave at the end of the season.
