Crystal Palace got their first pre-season win under their belt with a 2-0 win over FC Cincinnati at Nippert Stadium.
35,061 fans attended the friendly game, making it the record attendance for a football (or soccer for our American readers!) match in the state of Ohio.
Jordon Mutch gave Palace the lead early in the first half with a long-range effort and after both sides made changes, Wilfried Zaha doubled the Eagles’ lead on the hour mark after he drilled home.
