Crystal Palace are facing even more competition for Greenock Morton’s promising young forward Jai Quitongo, according to the Daily Mail, with West Ham the latest team to have been linked.
The young striker has been in superb form so far this season in the Scottish Championship, bagging an impressive six goals so far this campaign.
Palace’s scouts were in attendance for the Scottish League Cup semi-final between Morton and Aberdeen, in which the SPL side came out on top with a 2-0 victory.
Quitongo impressed throughout but was also being watched over by The Eagles’ fellow Premier League side Swansea City, who also appear to be pondering a move for the young forward.

The Scottish side turned down a bid of £100,000 from Doncaster in the summer but with his contract expiring at the end of the season, he’s likely to be sold in January.
Football League sides Brighton & Hove Albion, Preston North End and Wigan Athletic have all previously been linked with a move for the striker who can also operate on the left-wing.
The 19-year-old can negotiate a pre-contract deal with clubs from January over a summer free transfer.
The winger is such a talent that Portugal have asked him to consider playing for their U21 side rather than Scotland.
