Crystal Palace came out on the wrong side of one of the most topsy-turvy Premier League games of all time when they lost 5-4 to Swansea City at the Liberty Stadium.
Palace took an early lead thanks to Wilfried Zaha but found themselves 3-1 down after 70 minutes thanks to Gylfi Sigurdsson’s free kick and a quick fire double from Leroy Fer.
However, the Eagles showed great character and desire to get back on terms thanks to a James Tomkins tap in and an own goal by Jack Cork and Palace thought they’d won the game when Christian Benteke scored from close range with just six minutes left to go.
Palace went into injury time still in front and still managed to lose the game. Substitute Fernando Llorente capitalised on some horrific defending to score a late double to leave Palace with nothing and leave Alan Pardew in serious trouble.
