The pressure is certainly on Alan Pardew this weekend as his Crystal Palace side welcome Southampton to Selhurst Park in a game that looks to be a must-win for the manager.
Palace come into the game having lost six league matches on the spin but the Saints will be full of confidence after following up a league win over Everton with a EFL Cup victory over Arsenal.
Palace currently sit just one point above the drop zone but know that just one win could see them move four or fives places higher in the table and with the pressure on, this is the time for the players to stand up and be counted.
Steve Mandanda is still out with an injury whilst Connor Wickham won’t play again this season after knee surgery. Palace will also be without the suspended Yohan Cabaye.
