Crystal Palace are looking to bring in a new winger during the January transfer window and have identified Swansea’s Modou Barrow as a possible addition, according to Sky Sources.
The Eagles lost a vital part of their squad during the summer transfer window when they allowed Yannick Bolasie to leave the club in a deal which could be worth £30m and failed to replace the Congolese winger.
Sam Allardyce wants to finally replace Bolasie with another electric winger in Barrow who has caught the eye for Swansea so far this season during his 18 appearances for the Premier League strugglers.

Newcastle looked into signing Barrow back in the summer but were quoted £10m for the Gambian forward, so one would expect Swansea to still be looking for a figure in that ballpark before sanctioning a sale.
Sky Sources understand that Barrow has a clause in his contract which allows him to leave for just £5m if the Swans are relegated, which at this point looks fairly likely, and this could prompt them to cash-in on Barrow this month.
Crystal Palace have requested that Swansea keep them posted on any developments surrounding his future.
If Barrow comes in, then expect Bakary Sako to leave the club this month after Birmingham launched a £4m bid for the winger.
