Given that Sam Allardyce is still eager to add to his Crystal Palace squad before tomorrow’s deadline, it makes sense that one or two players will be forced to leave the club to make room for new arrivals.
One player who could be on the way out of Selhurst Park is South Korean midfielder Chung-Yong Lee.
Despite making 19 appearances so far this season, Lee has only started one Premier League game in the last two months and that came before Allardyce took charge of the club.
The winger will likely see his playing time reduced following the arrival of Jeffrey Schlupp from Leicester earlier this month, while Loic Remy’s return to fitness offers another option in wide areas.
Lee, 28, could be handed a Premier League lifeline by Swansea who are eager to sign him before tomorrow’s transfer deadline, according to Sky’s Kaveh Solhekol.
