Crystal Palace will look to bounce back from their horror show against Sunderland by putting on a performance as they travel to the Bet365 stadium to face Stoke City.
Losing 4-0 at home is never acceptable, but losing 4-0 at home to a relegation threatened side is horrific and Palace fans were quick to show their disappointment.
However, that’s now in the past and all focus should be on getting things back on track against Stoke.
With other relegation threatened sides looking like they’re hitting a bit of form, Palace can’t afford to be left behind and Sam Allardyce will be all to aware of that.
January signings Jeffrey Schlupp, Mamadou Sakho, Patrick van Aanholt and Luka Milivojevic are available for selection so Allardyce does have the option to really freshen things up if he so chooses.
