Crystal Palace have had a bumpy season so far and are still very much in a relegation battle.
Last weekend’s 2-0 win away at West Brom came as something of a surprise to the Palace faithful, but the overriding emotion was more relief than anything. However, this will not let the team or the manager breathe for a second, as they are still very much in the thick of it.
Palace are just outside of the relegation zone at 17th in the table, but it is extremely tight down at the bottom.
Sam Allardyce’s men are just three points ahead of Middlesbrough who sit in 18th, four ahead of Hull in 19th and six ahead of Sunderland, who are rooted to the bottom.
With just 11 games left to play, Palace have a massively important couple of months ahead of them.
