Newcastle were keen to shift Moussa Sissoko last summer following their relegation and Tottenham broke their transfer record by bringing the £30m midfielder to White Hart Lane.
The Frenchman has been nothing short of a failure for Spurs, starting just six Premier League games, none since the turn of the year and playing just 56 minutes of football in that time.
It’s no surprise that Mauricio Pochettino wants to offload the 27-year-old flop in the summer and the are allegedly some parties willing to take him, with Crystal Palace being one of them.
According to the Express, Tottenham are ready to cut their losses on Sissoko and will accept a bid in the region of £20m for the midfielder, taking a £10m hit less than a year after signing him.
Inter Milan remain interested in Sissoko after seeing an enquiry in January rebuffed for the France international, and their city rivals AC Milan are also keeping tabs on the situation.
The chance to stay in the Premier League and move to London with the Eagles may also be an attractive option for Sissoko.
