Crystal Palace striker Kwesi Appiah has joined Norweigan side FK Viking until the end of June, in a move that will see the Eagle feature in the Tippeligaen league which starts next month.
The 26-year-old hasn’t featured for Palace since August 2013, having been sent on a number of loan spells which has seen him feature for the likes of Cambridge United, Notts County and AFC Wimbledon.
He was called up for his national side Ghana and featured at the African Cup of Nations in 2015, making four appearances during the tournament, scoring a goal and providing an assist on two occasions.

Appiah spent some time training with the Norwegian club in Lan Mang earlier this month, allowing him to be able to get to know his teammates ahead of the club’s season opener against Valerenga on Monday.
FK Viking finished 8th in the league last season and will be looking to push further up the table this season. Appiah will be joined by another Premier League player, as Sunderland defender Michael Ledger has also joined the club on loan.
