Forgotten Manchester City man Joe Hart currently on loan at Torino has recently been targeted by Sam Allardyce to replace current stopper Wayne Hennessey, according to reports from the Daily Star.
But Palace may have to deal with competition from the likes of the two Merseyside clubs Liverpool and Everton according to the report.
The England international is set to be a target for a host of clubs this summer, with it becoming clear that he has no future at Manchester City. Hart would bring a wealth of experience to the Palace squad as they bid to avoid relegation.
Palace may be in luck this summer with Manchester City preferring to sell to a club that they do not consider a ‘top four’ rival.
Hart looks unlikely to be returning to the Serie A and Torino, as the Italian club have stated that they cannot afford to bring the stopper to the club on a permanent deal.
