Newcastle United and Watford are to fight Crystal Palace for the signature of Hull City winger Kamil Grosicki, according to the Mirror.
Grosicki is desperate for a move back to the Premier League after suffering relegation to the Championship last season with Hull and it is said that the club won’t stand in the way of his departure.
The Tigers are willing to let the Polish international leave the club as long as their £9million valuation is met.
Watford, led by former Hull City manager Marco Silva, have a long-standing interest in Grosicki whilst Rafa Benitez is keen to sign the play to bolster his squad after their promotion back to the Premier League.
West Ham have also sounded out Grosicki’s representative’s this summer over a potential move to the London Stadium but Palace are the current favourites for the player’s signature.
Hull only signing the 29-year-old in January from Stade Rennais for a fee of £7million. Grosicki was absent from Hull’s pre-season training yesterday.
