French international Steve Mandanda has moved back to the South of France to re-join Maresille, a club where he left to join the Eagles last summer. The 32-year-old had slipped down the pecking order at Selhurst Park, after picking up a knee injury, during the middle of the last campaign.
Mandanda’s departure was announced by both clubs on Tuesday evening for a reported fee of an initial €2million potentially rising up to €6m, the goalkeeper has signed a three-year deal at the Ligue 1 club.
