Everton have accepted an offer from Crystal Palace for Oumar Niasse, with personal terms to be agreed between the player and the club.
Twitter: Palace have agreed a fee with Everton for the permanent transfer of Oumar Niasse (not sure how much atm). Personal terms now to be discussed (@DaveHytner)
Niasse joined Everton in the January transfer window in 2016 from Lokomotiv Moscow for £16m, but he has failed to impress for, making just seven appearances for the senior side, scoring no goals and getting no assists.

After failing to make an impact at Goodison Park, he joined a relegation threatened Hull side in January last season, where he made 19 appearances, scoring nine goals and getting one assist.
Brighton are also interested in the striker but their fierce rivals seem to have jumped to the front of the queue, although there is still time for Albion to make an offer of their own.
